Bob Mauceri - Senior Technology Advisor - bmauceri@ekaru.com.
Bob Mauceri is responsible for engineering implementation and ensuring excellent customer support. Bob brings to Ekaru 35 years of experience in high-tech, including information technology, manufacturing, new product development and introductions, project management, product quality and improvement, cost reduction programs, field service, and customer support.
Prior to joining Ekaru, Bob served as VP of Operations at an Internet applications service provider and has held senior management positions at QC Solutions, Asyst Automation, Proconics International, North Atlantic Industries, Memtec Corp. of Salem, NH, and Gould Modicon. During his career, Bob has led development of revolutionary products in semiconductor metrology and process automation, helped grow a company from 17 employees to 140 employees over 24 months, developed a support network to enable a Singapore manufacturing facility to ramp up in three months, started and staffed a subsidiary manufacturing facility in Puerto Rico, created multi million dollar cost savings through product re-designs, and managed a nationwide field service department.
Bob serves on the Board of Selectmen in North Reading, MA, and the town's Information Technology Advisory Committee. He is the past Chairman of the Hillview Commission, and has also served on the Finance Committee and School Committee. Bob was honored as the 2011 Outstanding Citizen of the Year by the Reading - North Reading Chamber of Commerce.
Bob's interests outside of work include scuba diving, sailing, fishing, photography and firewalking.
Bob holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
