Technology Tip: e-Mail Signatures - Assigning different e-mail signatures to different e-mail accounts
A professional email signature is an important part of your company's communication strategy. Microsoft Outlook enables you to customize your signature to include all your vital information, including a company logo and link to your web site. Did you know that you can program several signatures for different e-mail accounts? Many people use multiple accounts within Outlook - a business account, a personal account, and perhaps a separate account for your volunteer work with a non-profit - Especially at this time of year, it may be important to get all this organized. To assign different signatures in each account do the following (instructions are for Microsoft Outlook 2003): 1) Select Tools, Options, Mail Format; 2) Under Signatures, select an e-mail account from the list, 3) In the Signatures for New Messages box, select the appropriate signature (typically, replies and forwards are blank , 4) Apply the changes, and repeat the process for all your e-mail accounts.

Don't have a signature yet? On the Mail Format Page select Signatures and then select Edit.

Want to change a signature on the fly? Just right click the signature and make the change.
