# September 25, 2014: On-Line Security Training - MA Data Security Law Refresher

**They're new!**  **They're quick!**  Please join us for the second training session in our new series.  We're re-vamping our on-line training to provide shorter sessions so more people can join in.  

**Data security** is in the news every day.  It's a scary world out there, and we all need to be aware of what's required to stay safe.

The **Massachusetts Data Security Law**, **HIPAA**, and other industry specific guidelines all require **on-going employee training** as part of the compliance requirements.  To help you meet your training requirements, we're offering free training sessions for you an your employees - Just a 20 minute commitment and then you can get back to work.

After our training session in August, several people asked for an overview refresher of *all* the technology requirements in the **Massachusetts Data Security Law **so that's what we'll cover this month.
