Over the years, working with hundreds of local businesses, we think we've seen it all!  Learn about the common mistakes we see out there in the field, and how you can avoid them.

By learning a few simple "self help" tips, you can prevent a minor inconvenience from becoming a major headache.

We'll start with some topics we've seen:

- If one Antivirus program is good, are two better?

- What can I do when an email gets "stuck" in my OutBox?
- If my Internet is out, what should I do?

We really want to hear from you to answer your *specific questions*, so **please tell us what's bothering you about your computer **when you sign up!
